By placing an order, the customer enters into a contract and firmly accepts the pricing and description of the products available for sale as well as all general terms of sale.


We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment can be made securely online via Stripe. By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. Upfront payment is required for all purchases including pre-order.


Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of your order excluding weekends and holidays. This is regardless of your shipping time selected. We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground for FREE, unless otherwise indicated. Express orders are shipped via FedEx for a flat rate of $30. Handbags that incorporate python skins are not allowed to be sold and will not ship to California. Applicable sales tax will be applied for all purchases within New York state.


International orders are shipped via DHL for a flat charge of $50 to Canada and the rest of the world, unless otherwise indicated. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs.

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on  Items must have not been worn, with tags still attached and in the original packing within 21 days of purchase date.  Please email us at to receive return forms and instructions. Once we receive your return request, for your convenience, we will supply you with a return label and instructions.

Pack item(s) securely in the original product packaging and include all paperwork. Complete the return reason questionnaire and include it in the return package. GG Maull reserves the right to deny a refund if the return does not meet with Return Policy requirements. Returns must be shipped through our nominated currier or we will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods during transportation.
